Executive Education and Learning Center

text size A A A

The Executive Education and Learning Center (EELC) was created in 2004 and is an integral part of Panasastra University of Cambodia (PUC).

Providing up-to-date and adapted education to its students has always been a concern to Panasastra University of Cambodia. As learning is a life long process, PUC established the Executive Education and Learning Center to better respond to local and international organizations' needs in applied management and arts of leadership.

OUR PHYLOSOPHY AND APPROACH
EELC is devoted to become the main source of reference in management in Cambodia. By developing continuously and constantly its learning program and offering complementary consultancy services, EELC is aiming at contributing to develop a significant management capacity in Cambodia.

EELC offers complementary learning to the education offered by Universities. Education is only one element in the leader and manager's set of competencies. Managers and leaders have to learn what behaviors are most productive and how to inspire and motivate colleagues and subordinates to focus on results oriented.

EELC will develop your people's competencies in applied management and arts of leadership.

HOW DO WE DO IT

During the workshops, the trainers use interactive techniques to facilitate learning. The focus is on applied management and training sessions are built in such a way that participants have the opportunity to practice what they learn, through role-playing, case study (based on real situations), practical exercises and group discussions.

WHAT YOU GET

As an individual, you will learn the best management practices prevailing in the world today.
As an organization, you will make sure that your employees receive what they need and what your organization needs as EELC will complete, beforehand, if you wish, a Training Needs Assessment.

REQUIREMENT
Usually, workshops are offered in English and participants should have a sufficient level of comprehension of that language to be able to understand the presentations and complete the assignments.

EELC can also offer sessions in both English and Khmer if demand is justifying it.

Normally, a workshop will have 15 to 25 participants to allow maximum interaction and sharing of experiences. Custom designed workshops can be offered for groups of 5 to 7 or 7 to 10 or 10 to 15 people.

WHEN CAN WE PARTICIPATE

Periodically, EELC will plan some workshops according to the demand. However, we can accommodate your organization if you can get a minimum of participants. In that case, workshops will be adapted and formatted to answer your specific needs.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST

Prices vary according to the duration of the workshop (2 to 5 days workshops are available) and the number of participants. Special discounts are granted to local NGOs, SMEs and Students Only.
