This program is intended also for individuals who aspire for a leadership position at a national level, including government officials whose career is in the field of education or in other related fields that involve in leadership, planning and policy making. Besides, those whose career goal is to become professional researchers will also benefit from this professional program.

Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership
Description
This program is geared toward working professionals who aspire to lead high-performing local and international organizations, for-profit and non-profit. It will equip practitioner-scholars with knowledge, skills, and competence through a variety of well-designed concentration courses such as organizational development, motivation and communication theory, conflict management and organizational consultation, strategic planning and management, leadership in organizations, program design and evaluation, etc.
Career Prospect
The students will be able to work in the role of organizational leaders, program designers/evaluators/directors, NGO consultants/directors, researchers, professors, etc.

B, Interview
All Ph.D. applicants are required to have an interview at the Faculty of Education. The Graduate Programs Coordinator will call the applicants for interview appointments after the application documents are sent from the Academic Program Office (APO).
C, Advance Standing
It is possible to transfer credits or fulfill the degree requirements with the work previously done. However, no more than nine (9) credits are allowed. Students with extensive experience or with previous graduate study may petition for advance standing. Please contact the Academic Program Office for pertaining details.
