B.A.-Ed. in TESOL
Description
This program prepares students for a variety of classroom situations in English as a Second Language (ESL), English as a Foreign Language (EFL), and English for Specific Purposes (ESP) settings. It is committed to providing a broad knowledge base in humanities, sciences, social sciences, and languages. It also aims to improve students’ basic knowledge and skills in applied linguistics, literature, communications, interpreting and translation. More importantly, it builds the students’ competence in English teaching, curriculum development, testing and assessment.

Career Prospect
The students will be able to work in the role of English school teachers or university professors, school directors, curriculum designers, translators, testing officers, educational consultants, school supervisors, researchers, etc. The students will also have great chance to win scholarships to study abroad.
B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education
Description
The B.Ed. in ECE includes a balance of theory, research, and practice. It will prepare graduates in child development, ECE curriculum development, ECE pedagogy, and child-friendly classroom design and management. It will focus on the development of the whole child, including physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development. The latter will include the important aspect of building the ethical and moral character of the child. In addition, graduates will be prepared to research and analyze the effectiveness of curricula and pedagogy.

Career Prospect
The graduates will be able to hold the position of preschool teachers, child care-givers, preschool counselors, researchers, preschool teacher trainers, preschool managers or principals, ECE curriculum developers, program coordinators, local and international NGO staff, MoEYS officers, etc.
Special Advance Standing
It is possible to waive a maximum number of 52 credits (or 40%) of the ECE program if the eligible candidate meets one of the following criteria:
B.A. in Educational Administration
Description
This program is tailored for primary and secondary school administrators to ensure that they have the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitude to administer schools.
Career Prospect
The students will be able to work in the role of school administrators such as school principals, head teachers, subject coordinators, supervisors, senior assistant, directors of studies, etc.
B.A. in Curriculum & Instruction
Description
This program is designed for pre-service teachers and experienced teachers of primary and secondary schools who will provide or administer instruction at the general or higher education level. Major courses include curriculum development, measurement and evaluation, IT in education, counseling, classroom management, and methodologies in teaching English, math, sciences, social sciences, and humanities.
Career Prospect
The students will be able to work as professors, curriculum specialists, counselors, supervisors, etc.
