It was a special lecture on “Enhancing Academic Research Skills Through eLibraryUSA” at AmCam Exchange, a joint partnership between Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) and the U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh.

Mr. Sophea Chea, Director of AmCam Exchange and the PUC Library and an EducationUSA Adviser, served as the special guest lecturer. He shared practical research strategies, information literacy skills, and valuable digital resources available through eLibraryUSA to support academic excellence and lifelong learning.
