Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia proudly congratulates Mr. Banh Hornmann on the successful completion of his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Final Defense in Educational Planning, Policy and Leadership.

His doctoral journey, which began in 2020, has culminated in the successful defense of his dissertation, “Modeling the Influence of TESOL Curriculum and Personal Factors on Subjective Employability Outcomes among Students and Graduates,” completed with distinction (Grade A).

The University extends its sincere appreciation to the distinguished dissertation panel for their invaluable guidance and rigorous evaluation: Dr. Sin Meng Srun (Chairperson), Dr. Meak Chantheng (Major Advisor), Dr. Siek Nguon (Second Advisor), Dr. Susan Hagadorn, Dr. Lun Chamnan, Dr. Pan Su Aung, and Dr. Lucita B.
