Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia proudly congratulates Dr. Alfredo Ferrariz Lubang on the successful completion of his Doctor of Philosophy final dissertation: “Establishing a Decoloniality Framework for Humanitarian Disarmament.”

This study stems from both scholarship and lived experience. It is grounded in more than thirty years of field experience in humanitarian disarmament, peace advocacy, and policy engagement—from grassroots organizing to multilateral treaty processes and international forums. In many ways, this dissertation is academic, professional, political, and personal at the same time.

Special thanks are also extended to the distinguished guests from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, CPCS, as well as all participants and audience members, for their presence and support in making this event a meaningful academic milestone.
