Phnom Penh – The Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) hosted representatives from the International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS), Australia, and Superstar Education, Indonesia, on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at its Phnom Penh campus to discuss potential collaborative opportunities.

The meeting centered on exploring avenues for institutional cooperation across various fields. Discussions encompassed potential staff and student exchange programs designed to foster cross-cultural understanding and professional development. The delegations also considered the implementation of study visits, allowing students to gain firsthand experience in different educational environments and cultures.

Furthermore, PUC, ICMS, and Superstar Education explored the feasibility of developing dual degree programs, enabling students to earn qualifications from multiple institutions simultaneously.
