Congratulations on the grand opening of the new AmCam Exchange space and the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) and the U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh, marking 20 years of a strong and enduring partnership.

The event was prestigiously presided over by H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Youth and Sport; H.E. Bridgette L. Walker, Chargé d’Affaires of the U.S. Embassy in Cambodia; Dr. Kol Pheng, Founder and President of PUC; and H.E. Dr. Kolpheng Vaddhana, Chief Executive Officer of PUC, at the new AmCam Exchange space.
