The Conference on Ethical Use of AI for Research and Learning at Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia was officially opened by H.E. Dr. Kolpheng Vaddhana, Chief Executive Officer of PUC, who highlighted the importance of ethical responsibility, academic integrity, and continuous learning in the AI era.

The conference featured presentations by Professor Dr. Chhem Kieth Rethy, Mr. Leng Phearun, Samdech Preah Udom Vongsa Dr. Kou Sopheap, and Mr. Chhem Siriwat William, offering diverse perspectives on the opportunities, challenges, and ethical dimensions of artificial intelligence in education and research.

The event concluded with closing remarks by Dr. Sam-Ang Sam, Chancellor of PUC, who emphasized the balanced integration of AI, science, technology, and the humanities, guided by morality, ethics, and human values.

The conference was honored by the presence of the President, together with Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, Deans, Faculty Members, and Students, reflecting PUC’s strong institutional commitment to ethical and human-centered innovation.
