Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC), in collaboration with the Royal Government Spokesperson Unit, was honored to host a distinguished lecture on “Youth Participation Towards Achieving Cambodia Vision 2050” by H.E. Pen Bona, Minister Delegate attached to the Prime Minister and Head of the Royal Government Spokesperson Unit.

The inspiring session encouraged students to become knowledgeable, skilled, ethical, innovative, and responsible citizens who will contribute to Cambodia’s sustainable development. Participants also gained valuable insights into the Royal Government’s Pentagonal Strategy, human capital development, digital transformation, and media literacy in today’s rapidly evolving world.
