On Friday Morning, 3 April 2026, the Trust Regulator (TR) and the Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia co-organized a workshop on “Mechanisms and benefits of Trust” under the high presidency of H.E. Ney Sakal, Deputy Director General of the Trust Regulator and Dr. CHHIV Thet, Vice President of the Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia at the Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia.

The purpose of this workshop is to broaden and deepen public awareness for university students on the mechanisms of trust, legal framework, and the benefits of the trust sector. The workshop also provided an opportunity for students to increase their knowledge of non-bank industry. The event was attended by senior leaders of the Trust Regulator and officials, professors and students of the Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia.
