Wednesday, June 11, 2025, Dr. Kol Pheng, Founding Father and President of Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia, along with a delegation, paid their respects to the late Excellency Mom Chimhui, Advisor to Samdech Techo, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and former member of the Royal Government, National Assembly, and Senate, who passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2025 at 2:50 AM at the age of 89 due to old age.

On behalf of the leadership and all staff of Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia, we express our deepest condolences and sympathy to Her Excellency Sabi Pintha and the entire family for the loss of a beloved husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, and great-grandfather—a respected and cherished figure who embodied compassion and kindness, who was an outstanding individual who served the nation, religion, and the King with dedication, as well as, a devout Buddhist.

May his soul rest in peace.

ព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ១រោច ខែជេស្ឋ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោកតាបណ្ឌិត កុល ផេង បិតាស្ថាបនិក និងជាសាកលវិទ្យាធិការនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យបញ្ញាសាស្រ្តកម្ពុជា និងគណៈប្រតិភូ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមគោរពវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធ ឯកឧត្តមកិត្តិនីតិកោសលបណ្ឌិត ម៉ុម ជីមហ៊ុយ ទីប្រឹក្សាសម្តេចតេជោ ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភានៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងជាអតីតសមាជិករាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល រដ្ឋសភា និងព្រឹទ្ធសភា ដែលបានទទួលមរណភាព កាលពីថ្ងៃអាទិត្យ ១៣កើត ខែជេស្ឋ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃ៨ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ វេលាម៉ោង ២:៥០ នាទី ទៀបភ្លឺ ក្នុងជន្មាយុ ៨៩ឆ្នាំ ដោយជរាពាធ។

ក្នុងនាមថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងបុគ្គលិកទាំងអស់នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ បញ្ញាសាស្ត្រកម្ពុជា សូមសម្ដែងនូវសមានទុក្ខអាឡោះអាល័យ និងក្ដីសង្វេគជាក្រៃលែង ជាមួយលោកជំទាវ សាប៊ី ពិន្ថា ព្រមទាំងក្រុមគ្រួសារ ចំពោះការបាត់បង់ស្វាមី ឪពុក ឪពុកក្មេក ជីតា និងជីតាទួត ជាទីគោរពស្រឡាញ់ប្រកបដោយព្រហ្មវិហារធម៌ និងសង្គហធម៌ និងបាត់បង់នូវឥស្សរជនដ៏ល្អឆ្នើមមួយរូបដែលបានបម្រើការក្នុងបុព្វហេតុ ជាតិ សាសនា ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ ហើយក៏ដូចជាការបាត់បង់ នូវពុទ្ធសាសនិកដ៏ល្អរូប។
