On June 20, 2026, Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) held its General Staff Meeting and Capacity Building Training Program under the leadership of Lorkta Dr. Kol Pheng, Founder and President of PUC, and Dr. Kolpheng Vaddhana, Chief Executive Officer. The program began with remarks by Mr. Kol Channarith, Vice President for General Administration and HRM, who presented the employee leave policy and encouraged staff to continuously develop their skills, pursue lifelong learning, and clearly understand their responsibilities.

During the training, Dr. Kolpheng Vaddhana delivered a keynote presentation on “The Art of Effective Work,” emphasizing productivity, efficiency, accountability, teamwork, and continuous self-improvement. He highlighted the importance of professional ethics, including knowledge, skills, moral character, physical well-being, discipline, mutual respect, and effective communication, stressing that these qualities are essential for delivering high-quality work and supporting PUC’s commitment to excellence.

The program brought together university leaders and staff from across PUC and the Institute of Foreign Languages. In his closing remarks, Dr. Kol Pheng encouraged all participants to uphold the Five Precepts and PUC’s core values of “Sīla, Samādhi, and Paññā” (Morality, Concentration, and Wisdom), while maintaining good physical and mental health as the foundation for personal success, professional effectiveness, and meaningful contributions to society.
