On August 18, 2026, the Faculty of Law and Public Affairs, Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) organized a Special Lecture by H.E. Dominic Williams, MBE, Ambassador of the United Kingdom to the Kingdom of Cambodia, under the theme “UK–Cambodia Partnership in a Changing World.”

The program commenced with opening remarks by H.E. Dr. Kolpheng Vaddhana, Chief Executive Officer of PUC, and was honored by the participation of PUC leadership, including the Chancellor, Senior Vice President, Vice Presidents, and Deans, together with distinguished representatives of the British Embassy in Phnom Penh, faculty members, staff, and students.

During the Special Lecture, H.E. Ambassador Dominic Williams shared valuable perspectives on the evolution of UK-Cambodia relations, the changing global environment, and the importance of diverse and resilient international partnerships. The lecture also explored areas of practical cooperation, including regional engagement, growth and development, education, security, and shared values.

The program continued with an engaging Question and Answer Session, providing students with an opportunity to interact directly with H.E. the Ambassador and exchange perspectives on diplomacy, international cooperation, and the future of UK-Cambodia relations.
