Phnom Penh, May 6, 2025 – Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) today hosted a delegation from three prominent educational and vocational institutions under the supervision of Intercon, Spain, marking the commencement of a significant training mobility program at the university. The visit, taking place from May 5th to May 9th, 2025, is fully supported by the Erasmus+ program, underscoring the commitment of both Cambodian and Spanish institutions to fostering international collaboration in education.

The special meeting served as a platform for strengthening mutual cooperation, culminating in the signing of an Institutional Agreement between PUC and the Spanish delegation. This landmark agreement includes a commitment from the Spanish institutions to offer full scholarships for 15 PUC staff members and 6 students to participate in exchange programs in Spain.

PUC has reaffirmed its dedication to establishing partnerships with universities worldwide, aiming to provide invaluable opportunities for its students, staff, and faculty. These exchange programs will encompass various aspects of learning, teaching, training, and knowledge sharing at partner universities, with comprehensive support covering travel, daily expenses, and monthly allowances. This initiative highlights PUC’s proactive approach to internationalization and its focus on enriching the academic and professional development of its community.
