U.S. Embassy in Cambodia Announces the Opening of AmCam Exchange, a New Center Providing Advising on Study Opportunities in the United States

On December 20, 2025, the U.S. Embassy in Cambodia announced the opening of its new center, AmCam Exchange, located at Exchange Square in Phnom Penh, as part of the celebration of the 75th anniversary of U.S.-Cambodia relations.

The new and more spacious center serves as a gateway to new opportunities, ideas, and connections. The U.S. Embassy has also extended its partnership with Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) for another three years to manage the AmCam Exchange through the signing of a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

• Innovation and Learning: A vibrant space for discussion, creativity, learning, and professional development.
• Youth Engagement: New initiatives focusing on education, entrepreneurship, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), and civic engagement to support Cambodia’s future leaders, who represent more than 60% of the country’s population.
• EducationUSA Advising Center: Providing free, reliable guidance and advising to students who wish to pursue their studies in the United States.
