PUC Signing Another New MOU with International Institution
PUC has established international cooperation and partnerships with International Institution--The Open Society Justice Initiative in New York, USA. This partnership Agreement was signed in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, in a Signing Ceremony on Tueday, October 28, 2003 at PUC Main Campus on Sothearos Blvd.
