PUC Signing Another New MOU with American Institution

PUC has established international cooperation and partnerships with American Institution--Center for Civic Education in LA, USA. This international partnership Agreement was signed in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, in a Signing Ceremony on Monday, November 14, 2005 at PUC Main Campus on Sothearos Blvd.
