MOU Signing Ceremony between Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) and Pukyong National University (PKNU)

 

 

On 30 November 2011, Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) and Pukyong National University (PKNU) signed an MOU at Meeting Room A, PUC South Campus. PKNU is one of the well-known state universities in Busan, South Korea.

 

There were four people in the delegation from PKNU, whose head was Dr. Chang Ho Moon, Dean, Department of Oceanography, Dr. Yong Cheol Suh, Vice Dean, Department of Spatial Information Engineering, Prof. Yoon Tae Kim, Department of Ocean Engineering, and Prof. Jae Jin Kim, Department of Ocean Engineering. The PUC leadership team, lead by Dr. Srey Sunleang, Dean, Faculty of Mathematics, Science and Engineering, included Mr. Long Kimheng, Director of the International Study Program, and Prof. Hem Bonarin, Director of the Academic Program and other 8 professors from the Faculty of Mathematics, Science and Engineering.

 

It is the first time for the Faculty of Mathematics, Science and Engineering at PUC to sign an MOU with PKNU. The aims of signing this MoU are to build up a good relationship between both universities and to exchange lecturers, staff and outstanding students from each university in a way to explore and exchange new experiences, especially in terms of technology and research. At the end the MOU signing ceremony, each delegation shared their souvenirs with each other and took a group photo. Last but not least, both PKNU and PUC delegations believe that an incredible relationship will be started after signing this MOU.
