Hundreds of students stood at the entrance of PUC to welcome the arrival of Dr. Kol Pheng, founding father and president, after the conferment of his honorary doctorate in intercultural relations from Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts, USA.

A personal growth student presented a poem written in Khmer in admiration of the president. He said he was excited to see the president coming back with an honorary degree. He always admired the activities of the president which he believed respectful persons should follow.

A few Buddhist monks bestowed good wishes to welcome Dr. Kol Pheng’s arrival and congratulate him on his honorary degree. It was a momentous event for PUC.
