On Thursday May 21, 2015, after ongoing discussions, delegates from Shinawatra University (SIU) and Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in order to facilitate mutual friendship, academic research and educational co-operation.

The two institutions agreed to exchange information, publications, students and internships; and to develop human resources by accumulating training skills, experience and knowledge of various types and levels with other cultural exchange programs and logistic services.

During the ceremony, SIU provided PhD scholarships to PUC students in the field of Public and Business Administration. It is good news to those who are looking for graduate study.
