After the last meeting with a few PUC students and discussion with Prof.Chiv Rattha, Dean of Faculty of Tourism and hospitality, entrepreneurship, on July 30, 2015, Dr. Phillip M. Frank, a delegate form Catawba College, USA visited Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) to explore possible collaborations between the two institutions.

The first initial step of the collaboration will be students of the both universities get to know each other through online or offline component such as Skype; especially, in the course of marketing and business. Then Catawba college will proceed to exchange program and research

“It is a multiple process which needs and agreement,” said Prof. Mak Vann, Senior Vice president in Charge of Faculty of Business and Economics and Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management and Entrepreneurship “ an MOU is a must” added Prof. Mak Vann.
