Plan activity, Budget, and Report  
 
    • Each committee shall keep inform and report PASS President any regular event or planed activity.
    • At the beginning of each term, each committee shall submit its activity plan (including budget plan) to PASS President for approval.
    • Report of achievement shall be made and submit to PASS President at the end of the term.
    • Financial report shall be made and submit to Finance Officer at the end of the term.
