Participants are honored guests from the US Embassy, the ministries including Ministry of Commerce and Health, PUC students and faculty and the public. The speakers are Dr. Raymond Leos, Director of Legal Clinic from Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia, Mr. Chroeng Sokhan, Deputy Director of the Department of Drug and Food from the Ministry of Health, Mr. Theara Sam, Blue Technology, Mr. Pily Wong, Country Manager, Microsoft MDP, Mr. Var Roth San, Director of the Department of Intellectual Property Rights of the Ministry of Commerce. This celebration ends with a movie show titled “Illicit”, aiming to provide more pictures to the participants in addition to further understanding of their rights.
