On April 25, 2009, Faculty of Business and Economics of Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia in cooperation with Capital Market Institution of Cambodia, OSK Investment Bank and Leopard Cambodia Fund jointly organized a First Workshop on Securities and Investment Bank on April 25, 2009 in PUC South Campus. This workshop was presided over by H.E. Dr. Kol Pheng, Senior Minister of the Royal government of Cambodia. Participants in the workshop are honored guests from Capital Market Institution of Cambodia, OSK Investment Bank, Leopard Cambodia Fund, PUC students and faculty and the public. This workshop, which is presented by major specialists, aims to provide the public the awareness of securities investment prospects, financial instrument trading and financial intermediaries. It also discusses the vital functions and roles of capital markets in the economic development with structure of securities exchange and securities trading and the important of investment bank.
