Dr. Jack Hawkins, Chancellor of Troy University, U.S.A., is visiting Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia to forge an international cooperative agreement for educational exchange and partnership with PUC. He will address PUC students, staff and faculty about Troy University in general and the various opportunities and options for PUC students to study at Troy University.

It was founded in 1887 initially as Troy State Normal School (Teachers’ College) to train teachers for Alabama schools.
