Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia(PUC) has great pride for having organized its second Graduation Ceremony under high patronage of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The auspicious event was held at the National Institute of Education, Phnom Penh, on 17 September, 2008, and attended by more than one thousand and five hundred participants including graduates, distinguished guests, PUC leaders and Board of Directors, Deans, instructors, professors, students, and graduate’s parents and friends.
