PSIS Parents' Meeting








































































 

Over 600 people including students, parents and teachers gathered in Srey Dim conference hall for Parents’ meeting on May 23, 2009. This meeting was presided over by H.E. Dr. Kol Pheng, Senior Minister of the Royal Government of Cambodia, PUC and PSIS Founding Father, and Her Excellency Kol Phalla. Other honored guests were the Principle, Vice Principles, teachers, and parents from Paññasastra International School (PSIS).

The main purpose of the meeting was to allow the parents to express their feelings and opinions about their sons’ or daughters’ learning and school life at PSIS, and to make recommendations in order to find a better improvement in the future. What’s more, Mr. Sok San, PSIS principle also gave a report on the student result in the first semester and offered plans for the second semester. More importantly, there was a very exciting moment when Dr. Kol Pheng led an event called “Understanding Mother’s Hardship for Raising a Child.” Next, there was the awarding of certificate of Merit for Outstanding students, following by the distribution of Buddhist Books.
