This lecture will be constructive for all students and faculty members and general public who are interested in industrial relations. The lecture will provide participants a comparative knowledge on the system of industrial relations tribunals in developing countries and developed countries specifically between Australia and Cambodia. The participants will greatly benefit from the emerging industrial relations in the Cambodian vibrant economy which industrial relations become more and more crucial to the economic development.
