Pannasastra University of Cambodia, an independent institution of higher education, is officially authorized and accredited by the Royal Government of Cambodia to provide education and to grant degrees - Bachelors, Masters, and PhDs - to qualified students in Cambodia.

PUC, an English based institution with international standard curriculum, serves as an academic bridge between universities in Cambodia and those overseas. All academic subjects are taught in English.

We have established academic and technical cooperation with serveral American and Asia-Pacific universities, including the following:

California State University, Fullerton (CSUF), USA, on a number of projects, including Community Service-Learning (funded through USAID), Student & Faculty Exchange, Staff & Curriculum Development. CSUF, part of a cluster of California State University (CSU) system, the largest university system in the US, is very generous in providing PUC with free Online Library Resources where our students and researchers can access over 20 thousand of volumes of texts, books, documents, research articles, academic journals & periodicals. We also start working with California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH), another CSU member university, to further strenghten our Library resources, academic & program development, and to explore the possibility of establishing the Distance Learning curriculum at PUC, among other things. And our partnership agreement with the Open Society Justice Initiative (OSI), based in New York, USA, has provided PUC with international standard Legal Clinic to compliment and enhance our existing Law Program. Furthermore, PUC is actively reaching out to other institutions abroad to broaden our students' scope of learning and to enhance their global understanding.
