Oversea Scholarship Announcement
2006 – 2007

The Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand offers scholarships for Cambodian students who are interested in pursuing Master's degrees.
I. Studying Subject
- National Resource management
- Environment including Urban planning, Urban Infrastructure, Waste management
- Energy with focus on electric power system management and alternative energy and Executive-MBA (Human Resources management)

II. Selection Criteria
- Cambodian Nationality
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- Good command of English
Good physical and mental health

III. Deadline and Location
Interested candidates should submit the application form at Scholarship Office Building 23, St. 360 Sangkat Boengkangkong1 Khat Chamkarmon (East of Apsara TV 50m far away) by no later than June 5, 2006.

IV. Test Date
In June 09, 2006
Candidates will be informed of the testing place later.

V. Types of Test
- General knowledge Test 1h30mn
- English Language Test 1h30mn

VI. Required Documents
- Scholarship Application (one copy)
- Brief history of the applicant (two copies)
- Contract (one copy)
- Two Photos (size: 4 x 6)
- University Degree (one copy along with the original for the purpose of verification)
- Reference from employer, professor, department head

Only fifteen candidates will be selected according to their test results and their names will be sent to the concerned institution in Thailand for further screening. Each candidate is required to pay $25 for the processing and sending of their documentary requirements to AIT. The finally successful candidates will depart to Thailand in June 2006.
