Recognition of Studies

-> One of the main commitments of the EMA 2 Programme.

-> One of the top concerns of students and scholars undertaking a mobility experience.

-> It reflects the mutual trust among the Partner Universities, that show in this sense to be aware that:

•The Partner Universities are all top-level Universites that offer high quality courses;
•The study programme at the Host University will be coherent with the study programme at the Home University;

The study programme will be agreed between Home and Host University matching their academic offer.

Recognition of Studies

For Exchange Students the study period taken within the AREAS project will be recognized in your Home Universities:

•Learning Agreement/Work Plan proposal agreed with Home and Host University;
•at the end of the mobility the Host University will issue a Transcript of Records in which are stated all the exams he/she has taken with correspondent grades and ECTS credits.
•Once back, the Home University recognizes the studies taken abroad and it transfers the corresponding credits to the local academic career.
