Each Scholarship Recipient must be responsible for filling out and reapplying the Scholarship Application by this deadline, if s/he wishes to have his/her scholarship renewed. Failing to do so may lose the scholarship eligibility for the coming year. Scholarship review and/or cancellation, however, may be conducted at the end of each term when such actions deem necessary.

* All scholarship awards may be given or cancelled at the discretion of the University President, with the approval of the PUC Scholarship Committee.
