Text Box: Moreover, the PUCLC has allocated money from some of its general fund from OSJI to fund a class on “Genocide and Crimes Against Humanity” for both law and non-law students, taught by Prof. Stan Starygin. In this class the students have learned about genocide and Crimes Against Humanity (CAH), international legal development and theory as well as its application in other international tribunals. Students were assigned to put on a conference about the Khmer Rouge Tribunal. Students researched for their preparation of the conference which was at the end of the term and was to be used as a class evaluation measure. The subjects that they researched were primarily “Evidence and KRT.” Basically, the assignment was to find about the rules of evidence as found in International and Cambodian laws which amount to the “intentional” standard.
