B. The Academic Advisory
Council
The Academic Advisory Council shall provide both to the Board of Trustees
and the Executive Management Team with advices on academic programs
and/or any other issues related to the University management and international
accreditation.
The following persons have been appointed to serve on the PUC Academic
Advisory Council:

Dr.
Lawrence Donnelley, Associate Provost, International Programs,
University of Delaware, United States of America;

Dr.
LaMarr W. Kopp, Vice Provost and Deputy Vice President for International
Programs Emeritus, Pennsylvania State University, United States
of America;

Dr.
Juan C. Rodriguez, Director of Graduate School, Department of
Education, University of Massachusetts at Lowell, United States
of America;
-
Dr.
Lao Mong Hay, Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Wales,
United Kingdom. Dr. Lao is currently Chair of the Asian Studies
Program at the University of Toronto, Canada;

Dr.
Sam Sam-Ang, Ph.D. in Ethnomusicology from Wesleyan University,
United States of America; and
-
Dr.
Harry Norman, Dean of University Extended Education and International
Programs, California State University at Fullerton, United States
of America.
The Executive Management
Team is responsible for PUC’s daily operations. It consists
of the following personalities:

Dr.
Kol Pheng, Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Missouri
at Columbia, USA, President, conducting daily operations;

Dr.
Chea San Chanthan, Ph.D. in Education from the University of
California at Santa Barbara, USA, Vice President for Operations;

Dr.
Sin Meng Srun, Ph.D. in Forestry Economics from the University
of Georgia, USA, Vice President for Academic Affairs;

Mr.
Chhoeng Phan Sophon , Vice President for Student Affairs; and
Mr. Chau Hing, Treasurer.
