ATTENTION B.A. STUDENTS
• Are you curious about the world around you?
• Do real life stories interest you?
• Are you willing to ask questions of strangers?
• Do you like to write?

IF SO, THE NEW PUC JOURNALISM MAJOR COULD BE THE RIGHT MAJOR FOR YOU!

The Faculty of Communications and Media Arts will be offering a major in Journalism starting next term.

WHY STUDY JOURNALISM?

A Journalism degree will give you the skills to work as a reporter, researcher, or editor in different types of news media, including newspapers, magazines, radio, and television.

A Journalism degree also provides excellent preparation for jobs in public relations, marketing, advertising, government, diplomacy, international organizations/NGOs, and other jobs where writing well, speaking well, and solving problems are important skills.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE MAJOR?

Go to the South Campus Main Office and sign up. If we have a minimum of 15 students signed up, we can start the Journalism Major next term!

For further information about the major, contact Professor Raymond Leos,
Dean, Faculty of Communications and Media Arts, Third Floor,
